In a word, we are delighted with our extension, utility room and patio. We heartily recommend MRB based on our experience. This is the first time we've had any building work done, so we were prepared for a certain amount of upheaval. What we hadn't realised is just how enjoyable it could be! The team were always cheerful and polite and respectful. They cleared up routinely as appropriate. It was a real team effort. We felt involved and listened to, but we soon learned to trust Matt's judgement when he made technical and aesthetic recommendations. The works ran to time and budget, with clear conversations and budget revisions to reflect any changes we wanted or needed. Matthew and the team built us a wonderful ground floor extension with interior reconfiguration, fitting of new kitchen and decoration/finishing. Matt provided help and advice from the planning stage right through to completion of the project. The small and friendly team working with him were excellent at their work and very considerate of our family living alongside the work going on - taking a lot of trouble at the end of each day to tidy up and make our living space as nice as possible. We are very happy with the end result and having lived with it for a year have no problem recommending them to friends considering similar projects.
